Paper submission

You will need to register within our system before you can submit your paper. All papers that have been accepted will have to be presented by at least one co-author. Without registration and payment, the paper will not be included in the conference proceedings.

Author guidelines

High-quality original papers are solicited. Papers must be unpublished and must not be submitted for publication elsewhere. All papers will be reviewed by Technical Programme Committee members and other experts active in the field to ensure high quality and relevance.

Papers submitted for presentation at the conference will be refereed and selected based on a full (4-8 pages) paper with an IEEE format. All papers selected for presentation will be published in the conference proceedings. Refereed full papers will be considered for publication in a special issue. Further information and instructions will be announced later and will be posted on the conference web site.

Authors should use the relevant IEEE template, ensuring an IEEE Xplore compatible PDF-format.
